After review by our first jury, the pre-selected applications will be invited to phase 2 where you will be asked to record a short 2-minute video presenting your project to the final jury

Come to Paris to showcase your initiatives and meet with your peers!

Jurys

After examining the admissibility of the application and its correct assignment to the selected category, applicants will be invited to upload additional documents.
For each category, a panel of experts will examine and select the best applications.
  • Care Innovation & research  category: Panel of experts from Medical Management 
  • Clinical Ethics category: Panel of experts from the Medical and Ethics Departments
  • Biodiversity :  Panel from the CSR department
  • Strengthening local roots: Panel from the CSR department
  • Operationnal Performance: Panel from operational management & marketing
  • 1000 Smiles category: Panel of HR and Corporate Communication Managers
  • Employee Experience category: Panel of HR Managers and Corporate Communications
 
The Final jury will be composed of excecutive members of our group CODIR

 

Awards Ceremony

The results will be announced at the emeis Excellence Awards ceremony, to be held in Paris in the last quarter of 2023. Finalists will have the opportunity to present their projects in front of their peers, senior management and the judges of the various categories:
  • CEOs or COOs of ORPEA clusters and countries.
  • Group CEO and deputy CEO
  • Group Medical Management
  • Group Human Resources Department
  • Group CSR department
  • Group Innovation Department
