How can I participate?
You can sign up at https://openinnovation.orpea.com/excellence-awards2022 and make sure to confirm your email address. Don’t forget to click "Participate" in order to receive announcements and notifications about the Challenge.
Can I change my details after registering for the challenge?
To update your details, log in, and go to your participant profile to edit or change your details.
How many members are allowed to participate?
Each submission can be from a single individual or represent the work of a team.
Every member from the team is allowed to register to the challenge to receive news and updates about the application process but
Only 1 participation per team is necessary. When applying we will ask you the name of the people who worked on the initative with you.

Do I get any updates about the challenge?
Whenever there is an update, you will receive an email notification from the admin to your registered email address. This is only applicable to participants of the challenge.

Registration and Application Phase
What do I need to submit for the Application Phase?
For each category, you will access a templated application form to describe you initiative or idea.
What is the deadline to apply?
The deadline for submission step October 22nd.
What is the judging criteria for my submission in the Application Phase?
At the end of this first stage, a voting phase will take place from October 22nd to November 15th of May where your project will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Innovation
- Impact Factor
- Methodology and rigor
- Scalability
